There are a few ways to get involved:
The Adult Choirs
Both choirs meet on Thursday evenings at 7:00 (except during the summer). Both choirs combine for special feasts and celebrations (Christmas, Easter, Confirmation).
Resurrection Choir (Informal)
These singers encourage musical participation by the assembly at funeral Masses. This choir is open to all parishioners who are frequently available during the day. Anyone desiringto help with this ministry should contact Kelly Wheelbarger (344.9814 or kwheelbarger@standrewsroanoke.org).
Cantors
Through posture and gesture, cantors encourage musical participation by the assembly at Mass. Prior vocal experience and ability to read music is helpful. A short audition is required. Time Commitment: rehearsal and Mass schedule flexible.
